In order to provide quality that satisfies our customers, we have established a quality management system based on the IATF 16949 standard and are working on it as a company-wide activity.
Quality Management System
In order to meet the demands of our customers and automakers around the world, we have acquired the international quality management system standard (IATF16949) for the automotive industry at our domestic and overseas bases, and are strengthening our quality assurance system on a global basis.
Our quality control system has expanded from Japan to the U.S., the U.K., Mexico, China, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, and other countries in accordance with the globalization of Japanese car manufacturers, and each of our production bases has been applying the IATF 16949 standard, which has been changed from ISO9001 to QS9000 and ISO/TS16949.
In order to continuously put this system into practice and to stabilize and improve our product quality, we conduct audits of the management system and diagnosis by management on a regular basis.
About issues that emerged in this process, we work on continuous improvement (PDCA cycle) with the participation of all employees to further improve performance.

Continuous Improvement of Management System
Quality Audit
Quality audits are conducted periodically once a year, and extraordinary audits are conducted as needed.
Training of Internal Auditors
In order to comply with customer requirements and provide stable quality, we conduct in-house training and certify those who meet the standards as internal auditors.
We strive to improve the competence of our certified internal auditors through continuous education and auditing experience.
Through these activities, we are developing human resources who can respond to process problems as early as possible and further improve our quality assurance activities.
