    Based on our quality policy, we clearly state the company-wide initiatives and quality targets for each department each fiscal year on a leaflet, and each employee always carry it with a declaration of quality goals and means for each individual, broken down from initiatives and department targets.
    We are working to connect this to our daily activities so that we can continue to provide high-quality products that satisfy our customers.
