ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building)
Obtained ZEB certification in 2017 ＜New Engineering Building＞
As part of the 70th anniversary commemorative project, we built a "New Engineering Building" that proactively incorporated energy-saving devices and systems. The new engineering building constructed in the head office area has achieved 59% reduction in primary energy consumption and has been certified as ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building) by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. At the same time, it has been certified as the first ZEB in the prefecture by Kanagawa prefecture.
