Recognizing that the conservation of the global environment is an important issue common to all humankind, under the slogan of "Passing on the beautiful earth to the next generation, striving to become a manufacturer that is safe to the people and the environment," as a member of the automobile industry, we will act in consideration of environmental conservation in all aspects of our corporate activities and contribute to the development of a truly prosperous society.

- We work on "product design," "equipment process design," and "promotion of material replacement," which are fast,
low-cost, and low-energy, and are friendly to people and the global environment. - We promote "minimizing organic solvent" and "minimizing industrial waste" as sustainability initiatives.
- We promote "energy saving activities" and strive to reduce CO2 emissions.

Since acquiring the international environmental standard ISO14001 in 1999, we have completed the acquisition at eight bases, including domestic affiliated companies by 2013, and are conducting environmental activities based on the "Environmental Policy."
Specifically, as a member of the automobile industry, we are working to reduce the environmental load from the development stage, emphasizing on "product design considering recycling," "equipment process design considering energy saving and resource saving," and "promotion of replacement of materials with high environmental load."
Green Procurement
The KASAI Group is engaged in green procurement initiatives, which the automobile industry as a whole is working on,
so we expect our business partners to also engage in environmentally friendly corporate activities.
