The mission of Production Technology Group is devising and investigatingproduction equipment for the mass production of modules. It investigateswhether production is possible or not based on prototype imagespresented by the Design Department. If problems or concerns emerge,they are sent back to the Design Department together with new proposals.When the final official drawings are completed, the Group designs anoptimal assembly line for mass production based on the drawing, and, atthe same time, it considers needed production equipment and studiesspecification. In order to turn an item on a diagram into a solid shape,the Group undertakes the final phase of making things from the viewpointof“Production.

One of verification in advance of tooling performance of injection molding..It can reduce tooling modification.
Main Molding Methods
Kasai Press Molding (Low Pressured Molding)
 Beautiful Door Trims are made without bonding process of Skin by injecting heated plastics into tool and press forming together with Skin.
Simultaneous Forming
  Heat Polystock for substrate and Skin, and form them simultaneously.
KIMEKOMI Method
 Beautiful decoration is available by bonding Fabric on Door Trim and inserting edge of the Fabric into groove.
Injection Molding

Molding method pouring plastic and hardening it.

Powder Slush Forming
 Skin with feel of natural leather is molded by feeding PVC powder into heated tool and rotating it.
Vacuum Forming
 Door Trim with sharp line is made by forming heated skin by vacuum in tool.
Compressed Air Assist Process

Producing dash insulator - high quality and good fit - to vacuate heated skin and to blow cold air into back side of acoustical material.
