We have acquired and follow ISO that is International Standard in domestic, oversea branches and group companies. Since Kasai Kogyo acquired ISO9001 in August 97, we have been acquired ISO 14001 and ISO/TS16949. The activities have been spreading over our group companies around the world.
It is essential not only to carefully abide by regulations but to also engage in continuous kaizen (on-going improvement) to ensure highly effective quality control for enhanced customer satisfaction.
This philosophy will be conveyed to all employees via the Quality Control System Guidance leaflet. Managers of each division are also responsible for ensuring that all personnel are familiar with this philosophy and for publicizing the adverse affects that product defects have on customer satisfaction.
To ensure that the requirements of our Quality Philosophy are fulfilled, the management will carefully monitor progress and implement specific quality targets.
This philosophy will be reviewed at least once a year (or as many times as required depending on environmental changes) to ensure its continual suitability.
As a member of the automotive industry, we will contribute to the betterment of society by making the best possible effort to preserve and protect the environment. All business activities will be directed at promoting our slogan, "Aiming for environmentally and people-friendly manufacturing to safeguard Earth's beauty for the next generation."
