Announcement on the conclusion of an agreement with regards to foundation of Joint Venture company

We agreed with Teck See Plastic Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia to found a Joint Venture company in Thailand named "Kasai Teck See Co., Ltd.", and concluded an Agreement on 21st. September 2006.

Teck See Plastic Sdn. Bhd. is operating development, manufacturing and sales businesses of plastic injection foaming parts for automobiles and home electric products in ASEAN countries including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and in China.

Taking the advantages of the new company "Kasai Teck See" as a manufacturing base in ASEAN market, we are going to firm up our business in the region as well as to expand the supply of parts to Japan and the surrounding countries.

Teck See Plastic was founded in 1977 as a Plastic Manufacturing Division of Oriental Holdings Bhd. It has high level development technology and know-how with respect to plastic foaming, and is supplying plastic components such as Bumpers and Door Trims to major multinational companies in the automotive and others including major car manufacturers. They are also planning to grow further as our strong partner in expanding global businesses in ASEAN region.
