Target and scope
The "Informaiton" covered by the Basic Informaiton Security Policy of the Kasai Kogyo Group companies (hereafter, "the Company") comprise all information obtained or learned in the course of the Company's corporate activities and all information that the Company holds for business purpose.
The "directors,employees,agency workers,part-time workers and relevant business partners Company and any "contractors and other relevant persons" that handle the Company's information will comply with the regulations governing the handling of the information.

Appropriate protection of information
The Comany will take appropriate measures to protect all information that it holds.To this end, it will comply with laws and ordiances and related regulations concerning information security.

Creation and maintenance of internal regulations concerning information security and penalties for infringement
The Company will create and maintain internal regulations based on the Basic Information Security Policy, and take a stern approach to information leaking and other behaviors infringing these regulations.

Security management measures
The Company will put in place security management measures relating to its information security, and will strive to implement appropriate information security measures to prevent unauthorized access, information leakage, modification, loss, destruction, etc.

Enforcement of Basic Information Security Policy
The Basic Information Security Policy will be accurately implemented, so that all persons concerned in the Company have an awareness of information security when pursuing their duties.

Protection of personal information
All persons concerned will recognize the importance of information relating to individuals and will treat such information with particular care.
