Jan. 1912 Started a textile factory in Hachioji City, Tokyo.
Jan. 1933 Established Kasai Unlimited Partnership.
Oct. 1946 Incorporated into a stock company "KASAI KOGYO CO., LTD.".
Aug. 1949

Set up Ryogoku Factory in Sumida-ku,Tokyo. Production of wooden parts for car door was started.

Aug. 1956

Set up Shinagawa Factory in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, and transferred production from Ryogoku.

Dec. 1961 Set up Oppama Factory in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa.
Jul. 1964 Listed Commons Stock on Tokyo Stock Exchange Second Section.
Jul. 1964

Established Samukawa Main Factory in Samukawa-machi, Kozagun, Kanagawa, and transferred production from Shinagawa.

Mar. 1965

Transferred Registered Office from Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, to Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

Apr. 1973 Set up Ashikaga Factory in Ashikaga City, Tochigi.
Dec. 1976 Set up Kyushu Factory in Usa City, Oita.
Aug. 1983 Completion of Technical Center in Samukawa Main Factory.
